1)  Tuesday September 10th 5:30pm - 7:30pm:

Location:  Red Butte Garden Entrance

Optional tire changing clinic AFTER practice. Goat head season is in full swing. Don't get caught out on the trail or DNF the race because of a lousy flat!

Meet at Colorow Rd and Wakara Way near the entrance to Red Butte Garden and the Natural History Museum.

Bring $35 if you owe money for a jersey.

2)  Thursday September 12th 4:00pm - 6:00pm

(These practice times will provide the best traffic congestion avoidance.)

Location:  Corner Canyon Equestrian Center Draper

***No staff carpooling option from Sugarhouse is available.  Students are responsible for transportation. Meet at the Equestrian Center at 4 PM***

Friday we had a team social and meeting.  The purpose was to let the students and parents get to know each other and talk about team activities.  We also introduced the team to a few of the sponsors that were able to attend.

We had the good fortune to be able to conglomerate at the Salt Lake Regional Hospital Physical Therapy Center, which is part of SportsMed Utah. One of our coaches, Collin Bywaters, is a therapist there.  He and his colleagues were gracious enough to let us chow pizza in their space.  They even gave us cool musette bags full of S.W.A.G. (stuff we all get) goodies.

Thanks also to those parents who brought tasty side dishes to compliment our pizza!

-Take I-15 South
- Take Bangerter Hwy exit (exit 154)
- Go left (east) over the freeway
-Turn left (east) on 13800 S
-Turn right (south) on 1300 E
-Turn left on Highland Dr
-Drive approx. 1/4 mile and you will see parking area, bathrooms, and bleachers for Andy Ballard Equestrian Center on left.

Note you can also enter:
 "Lynn Ballard Ball Park" in Draper UT (next to equestrian center) in Google Maps and it will provide directions

Students/parents/siblings are all invited to come out to the 1st race of the season.  Bring a camp chair and join us in the pit zone for a full day of racing and fun!

MTB Team Party Friday 6 September!!!!!!!!

The SLC Conglomerate Mountain Bike Team Student / Parent Social

Who is invited:
SLC Conglomerate Team members, parents, siblings, students 9-12 interested in joining the team.

What: Please join us on Friday evening as we bring together our student racers, parents, coaching staff and sponsors. Pizza, salad and side dishes will be provided. The highlight of the evening will be the distribution of team jerseys and the introduction of the 2013 SLC Conglomerate Team!

SLRMC is located between South Temple Street and 100 (1st) South, intersecting with 1000 (10th) East and 1100 East in Salt Lake City.

The best entrance to use is:
- Just off 10th East, marked with a red sign for "Emergency" and "Outpatient Drop Off".
- Drive through to the ground level of the parking garage and make use of any patient parking.
- Walk in the door labeled "Hospital Entrance" and through the large waiting room toward the TV.
- Take a left at the TV and just across the hallway is a door labeled "Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy".
- Come in and through the waiting room. Take a right through the open door at the back to the treatment area.

Practice update

Practice is still ON for today. Bad weather activity over Dugway and Toole UT is moving north and will not affect us. BST trails at Red Butte Gardens area dry and good.
