Saturday 2 August practice

Eat breakfast!
-Bring the following items:
WATER - at least 70 ounces
SNACKS... for during the ride
RECOVERY FOOD ... sandwich, chocolate milk, or recovery drink, etc. We will have a cooler to use.
BEACH TOWEL..... to sit on after practice in our volunteers' cars

-If you are a parent planning on riding with the students please email me at your earliest convenience.

Lesson plan:  Cardiovascular Training
Trail System:  Park City
Location:  PCMR Parking lot
                 Google directions plug in the intersection of:
                 Silver King Dr & Lowell Ave in Park City UT

Everyone will meet at the PCMR parking lot (bottom of the parking lot next to the ski patrol shed). We will divide student athletes:
1) Advanced
2) Intermediate
3) Beginner

Intermediate and beginner riders after a discussion of local trails will move over to the Round Valley trail system.  Advanced riders will climb local PCMR trails to mid-mountain trail and possibly beyond.

Carpool option:
Depart/Return Sugarhouse SHOPKO 8:15am-1:00pm
