To qualify a rider must:
Pre-registered and paid for at least 1 NICA race in the series;
Payment must be received (online or by check);
Signed paperwork must be received (this packet will be emailed to you for printing and signing after you register online. Drop them in the mail, e- mail to registration@nationalmtb.org, or fax forms to the NICA office 510-779-5597);
Deadline to be fully registered and qualify for this promotion is August 25, 2014. Winners will be announced Wednesday August 27.
